Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as they contain important information about your legal rights, remedies and obligations. By accessing or using connemaracoasthotel.ie, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Quoted Rates
Rates are quoted and charged in EUR inclusive of VAT, service charge & taxes. All rates quoted are subject to availability and alteration. All special offers quoted are limited and subject to availability and may be subject to a minimum night stay.
Accuracy of Information
While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information, Connemara Coast Hotel does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information and descriptions of listed hotels and products.
Online bookings
Please note that different terms, conditions and cancellation policies in relation to all online bookings via Connemara Coast Hotel branded websites may apply depending on the room or rate type selected. Please read carefully the room rate details that are provided before you make your online booking. We advise you to check through the rate details before making your online reservation.
To make a booking you must complete the on-line booking form. The person who completes the on-line booking form is responsible for ensuring full payment with the hotel. He/she is also responsible for keeping other members of his/her party informed as to the booking details.
When your booking is made, you will receive an on screen confirmation. We advise you to print the on-screen confirmation at the time of booking and retain it for your records. We will also send you an e-mail with your reservation details.
If you need to cancel your reservation, you will need the aforementioned confirmation reference number as well as the email address used to make the reservation.
VAT
Reservations are subject to prevailing Vat rates applicable during the provision of the service. If the prevailing Vat rate changes the costs of the services provided during the stay will be subject to the greater or lesser Vat rate as applicable.
Pricing Errors
While we do our best to minimise mistakes, sometimes mistakes happen. Connemara Coast Hotel reserves the right to cancel contracts based upon incorrect information being displayed in relation to price or service.
Guaranteed reservations
Unless you are booking a non-cancellable rate, your credit card details are taken at the time of booking for guarantee purposes only. By securing your online reservation with a credit card, your room is guaranteed until midnight on the day of arrival, after which the room is released and may be resold. All reservations made on www.dunboynecastlehotel.com must be guaranteed to a major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). In the case of a no show, your credit card will be charged for one night’s accommodation.
Cancellations
Reservations require a 72hrs cancellation notice, otherwise, full charges for the accommodation will apply and will be deducted from the credit card number supplied to guarantee your booking. Please note that some rates are non-refundable and in the event of a no show, the full charge of the booking is taken from your credit card. Non-refundable room rates will be notified to you prior to booking.
Child Policy
The hotel provides a child policy and please contact hotel directly. A cot charge may apply.
Promotions and offers
Please note that all promotional offers are subject to specific terms, conditions and restrictions listed on the specific webpage. All special offers are subject to availability.
Site use
Our website is intended to provide information about Connemara Coast Hotel to our guests and to assist our guests in determining the availability and booking of a reservation. Apart from printing information in connection with your travel, you are not entitled to reproduce, replicate, sell, resell or otherwise exploit the website listed above unless we provide you with prior written permission to do so.
Eligibility of use
Use of connemaracoasthotel.ie and all Connemara Coast Hotel branded websites is restricted to people over the age of 18 who can enter into binding contracts.
Passwords
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your own password and account for all activities that occur under your account.

Links that feature on connemaracoasthotel.ie are links to other sites that we believe may be of interest to you. By providing these links we are not endorsing or recommending such sites or the services or material provided by them. We therefore accept no responsibility for the materials, services or other situations at or related to or from any other website.
Queries and complaints
Queries and/or complaints must be notified to Connemara Coast Hotel in writing within seven (7) days of the problem arising or seven (7) days of the problem arising whichever is the earlier.
Warranty
Connemara Coast Hotel warrants that we will provide our services with due skill, care and diligence, and that any materials used will be sound and reasonably fit for the purpose for which they are required.
Connemara Coast Hotel shall have no other liability to its customers whether under these general terms and conditions or on any other basis including liability in tort as a result of the sale of our services.
Remedy
Where a complaint is upheld by Connemara Coast Hotel our liability shall be limited to:
Correcting the fault at our expense
At our option, reimbursement of the price of the services affected by the fault in question
Governing Law
This contract is governed by the laws of Ireland.
